Shipping policy

Shipping takes between 3-21 days depending on product and shipping service purchased and country.

ShopTraCheri items ship once payment is processed (1-3 business days) and you will receive an email with tracking information.

All other items will be shipped through a third party vendor and can take up to 14 business days to receive.  You will receive shipping email for this also with tracking information.  Please do not hesitate to contact us with any issues.

You may receive several packages if you order an array of items from our site.  You will receive a separate email with tracking information per package.
